DESCRIPTION:Our annual Illinois Optimist Convention is when we elect our Governor-elect for the 2019-20 Optimist year\, vote on any policy amendments\, and kick off the training for the 2019-20 Optimist year. Included will be a memorial service for us to remember the Illinois Optimists who’ve passed away.
